2012 saw the greatest gap in the satisfaction Americans found in prices paid for public and private healthcare costs. Satisfaction with private health insurance costs dipped to a 5-year low, in contrast to 3 in 4 Medicare/Medicaid recipients reporting satisfaction with their respective payments.
