According to a recent Gallup poll, 30% of Americans say that they or a family member have put off medical treatment because of cost. For the uninsured, the rate is much higher: 59%. Obamacare is supposed to reduce the numbers of uninsured, but even so, approximately 25% of Americans with insurance have put off treatment. Healthcare costs must go down.
