Across the world today, 32 million adults can lay claim to over $1 million in personal wealth. More of these affluents reside in the United States, says a new Credit Suisse Research Institute study, than any other nation. As of mid 2013, 5.5 percent of U.S. adults held over $1 million. At the other end: 30.7 percent under $10,000.
