A recent Gallup poll, conducted in the midst of the heated debate over U.S. military intervention in Syria, shows that job approval for Secretary of State John Kerry is greater than that of both President Obama and Vice President Biden. The poll was conducted before the president's address on Syria and before Saturday's diplomatic agreement between the U.S. and Russia.
