Christianity is projected to encompass 31.4% of the world's population among its faithful in 2050, the exact same percentage that it holds now. While the next two biggest groups (unaffiliated and Hindus) will see a dip in percentage, Islam is estimated to swell to nearly 30% from its current 23.2% share.
