Finding success as a child is becoming more and more difficult due to the increased competition from the international community. More than anything, though, basic communicative skills are the key to getting ahead in life, according to a recent Pew Poll. The American public does not share that same sentiment regarding athletic, musical and artistic skills, however; only about a quarter of those polled believe those skills to be an indicator of success.
