On Sunday February 8th, Americans had a choice to watch a Mid-Season Premier of AMC's The Walking Dead, or some of the most popular events in the 22nd Olympic Winter Games. More than 10.4 million viewers between the ages of 18-49 opted to watch the zombie based drama, giving the show a rating of 8.3. This exceeded the Olympic's 6.9.
