The US is poising to take action against Syria after the country began "open-ended delays" to surrender their chemical weapons stockpile. The agreement, originally proposed by Syrians, called for the state to surrender 700 tons by February 5th. So far, the Syrian government has only delivered 32 tons of chemicals between two separate shipments.
