From the latest survey by Democracy Corps and Women’s Voices Women Vote Action Fund, the congressional vote is moving against the Republicans. The advantage for the Democrats in this chart is in contrast to a 1% lead the Republicans had in July showing that voters are not punishing the parties equally for the current mess in Washington.
