WFM is applying the strategy to make differences from other Food Market competitions. Applying to WFM core values "Support Team Member Excellence and Happiness"; for a new team member the pay rate is higher than their competitors WFM pays rate is $11 per hour compared with TJ $9 per hour. Also, the extra sales that each department make is considered to share every month with the team, others food companies the bonuses are share only at the manager level.
WFM provides more benefits to the employees than TJ.
