Among living former presidents of the United States, Bill Clinton leads in favorability ratings. President Clinton narrowly beats out George H.W. Bush, whose son has somehow managed to rebound into a favorable view by a slight majority of Americans. Jimmy Carter is disadvantaged by having left office over 30 years ago, as 16% have no opinion on him.
