As a state; Florida, California, and Texas are always the most effective at creating the best football players each year, but it's strange to see that so many other schools that aren't from those states are actually producing more NFL players. They either have an amazing out-of-state recruitment program (i.e. Alabama), they're a proven program at developing players, or the state that these players are from is lacking at recruiting from within their state (i.e. Texas). USC takes the cake as they are also #1 at producing the most Super Bowl champions and #2 for Pro Bowl players.
