In this chart we see that woman account for 60% of U.S. graduation rates, while men only account for 40%. This is compared to 1947 when woman only accounted for 12% of U.S. graduation rates and men accounted for 88%. I found these numbers very shocking because woman have completely surpassed men in 65 years. This truly speaks to how times have changed and how college has become the norm for both genders now. However, there is still an income gap between genders, with men still earning more. Thats the next issue we must tackle.
