Study after study shows women make decisions differently than men. Women are less prone to the kinds of unrestrained risk taking that led to the 2008 collapse. Yet we've never had a woman in charge of the Treasury or the Fed. Obama has the chance to change that by appointing Janet Yellen Fed Chair.
