Well over half of white Americans place a "great deal" or "a lot" of confidence in the police. On the other hand, black Americans are twice as likely to say they have "very little" or no confidence at all in law enforcement. These findings are composed of an aggregate of studies between 2011 - 2014.
But even the black people are more confident than not- considering events, that's pretty interesting!
