Hype about House of Cards Season 2 is abundant, especially among those who have already finished watching. After it was released in its entirety on February 14th, about 2% of American Netflix users finished the season in its first weekend of release, compared to 1% of European viewers. However on the whole, more Europeans started watching in moderation.
