Gallup's poll of who adults think will control the House has been an accurate predictor of the midterm elections in the 5 years the question has been asked. Will it be accurate this time and what does that mean for the country? Remember, believing that one party will win does not mean that they are aligned with that party.

I think that the Democrats probably knew what they were in for in the midterm elections. Personally, I lean Democrat and I was fairly certain that Democrats would lose the Senate.
